Hijab is compulsory on all Muslim women who have reached the age of puberty. Many of the women of the Muhajirin and Ansar were known to be blessed with beauty, but no one thought that this ruling applied only to them and not to others.

In Islamic teachings, Hijab is an obligation for Muslim women, as prescribed by Allah in the Quran. It is a distinguishing factor between Muslim and non-Muslim women, as well as between those who follow Shari'a and those who do not. New Muslim sisters should prioritize wearing Hijab, but if doing so results in financial hardship, they may temporarily suspend it until they can find a suitable job that accommodates their religious attire. The community has a responsibility to support and provide for such individuals, ensuring their needs are met without compromising their religious practice. However, in exceptional circumstances, the lesser of two evils may apply, allowing the temporary suspension of Hijab to prevent the abandonment of the religion entirely. Allah's knowledge and wisdom guide these rulings.

Wearing hijaab is a mandatory obligation in Islam, and it is not permissible to neglect it under any circumstances. If it is not possible to work in France while wearing hijaab, it is necessary to strive for a country where this is allowed. If marriage is an option, it is preferable to accelerate the process to manage without working under such circumstances. The hardship faced by Muslim sisters in France regarding the issue of hijaab is acknowledged, and support is offered in the form of shared feelings and prayers for strength and determination.

In Islamic teachings, it is prohibited for women to take off their Hijab before non-Mahram men without a compelling necessity. If there is a compelling necessity, it is permissible for women to work, provided they meet certain criteria. Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa‘ah believes that a major sinner who dies while insisting upon their sin may be forgiven and admitted to Paradise, but will not remain there forever. Repentance is always accepted by Allah, and it is crucial for believers to comply with all Islamic injunctions.

If one of the signs of puberty appears in a Muslim girl, she is obliged to wear hijab, do all the obligatory duties and to avoid all haram things.
